  • Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept the following major credit cards issued by U.S. financial institutions:

    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • Discover

    Credit Cards (Preferred)

    A valid major credit card is required at the time of booking and/or vehicle pickup.

    We do not accept:

    • Prepaid cards
    • Secured credit cards
    • Reloadable cards
    • Cash App / Venmo / PayPal cards (or similar non-traditional cards)

    All credit cards must be in the renter’s name and match a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Debit Card Policy

    Debit cards are accepted only if they are issued by a major U.S. bank and display a Visa or Mastercard logo.

    If paying with a debit card, the renter must provide:

    • A valid government-issued photo ID
    • Proof of return travel (if applicable)
    • Any additional verification requested for fraud prevention

    Debit Card Security Deposit Requirement

    Debit card rentals require an additional security deposit due to increased risk and processing timelines.

    • Minimum deposit: $500

    • Deposit amount may increase based on:

      • Rental length

      • Vehicle class

      • Driver history verification results

      • Location / seasonal demand

    Security deposits are authorized at the time of pickup and released after the vehicle is returned, inspected, and all charges are finalized.

  • Authorization Holds & Final Charges

    All rentals require an authorization hold for:

    • Estimated rental charges
    • Security deposit
    • Possible incidentals (fuel, tolls, cleaning, late returns, damage, etc.)

    Authorization holds may take 5–14 business days to release depending on your bank.
